Your audio and rights

You retain your rights in audio you upload. By using the converter, you confirm that you own the audio or have the permissions necessary to upload it for third-party processing. You are responsible for complying with copyright and other applicable laws.

Free service limits

The service currently allows up to 10 conversions per visitor per UTC day, subject to a 50MB and five-minute limit per file and global capacity controls. Limits may be used to protect availability. There is no promise that the service will always be available.

Output expectations

Generated MIDI is provided as an automated transcription and may contain missing, extra, or incorrectly timed notes. We do not promise accuracy, suitability for publication, or a studio-ready result. Review the MIDI before relying on it.

Editor projects and exports

MIDI files you import, editor drafts, playback, and exported files are handled in your browser. The editor is not permanent storage, and its synthesized playback or WAV preview is not a production master. Save the MIDI or project file you want to keep and review every export before using it in a production workflow.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, access another visitor’s result, or use the converter or editor in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Deletion and availability

Cloud files and job data are temporary. Browser-local drafts can also be removed by browser cleanup or site-data controls. Neither area should be treated as permanent storage; export anything you want to keep.
