Which files are supported?
The MVP accepts MP3, WAV, FLAC, and OGG audio. Files are checked again on the server before conversion starts.
How long are my files kept?
The uploaded source is removed after the provider reaches a terminal state. The MIDI result and job record expire within 24 hours. Your browser keeps a local copy of the source only so you can replay it on the result page.
Will every note be correct?
Audio transcription depends on the recording. Clear, isolated instrumental audio is the best input. This service does not promise musical accuracy or studio-ready notation.
Is WAV always more accurate than MP3?
Not automatically. WAV preserves more source detail, but a clean performance and a clearly audible instrument matter more than the container format alone.
Should I upload a mono or stereo WAV?
Either is accepted. Use the version in which the instrument or melody you want is easiest to hear.
